I'm a Ph.D. Student & CREST Fellow, studying Educational Leadership & Policy Studies in the College of Education at the University of Washington Seattle. I study how formal and informal teacher leadership functions in K-12 schools, using mixed forms of social network analysis and various theories of instructional and distributed leadership. My prospective dissertation uses mixed forms of social network analysis to understand how formal and informal leaders among a group of schools interact within and between schools to influence instructional change.
